Step 1
Start with your website address
Type your address and press Check my site. Serplexa looks at it live: is it online, on HTTPS and running WordPress. Then add your name, email and pick a plan. 14 days free, no card.
Step 2
Install the Serplexa plugin
Download the plugin from your dashboard. In WordPress go to Plugins, Add New, Upload Plugin, choose the file, then Install and Activate.
Step 3
Paste your connection code
In Serplexa press Generate connection code and copy it. In WordPress open Settings, Serplexa, paste the code and press Connect. Your plugins, theme and updates appear in seconds.
Step 4
Turn on daily backups
Open Secure Backups, set Automatic backups to Daily and take the first one. It runs off-site, so you can close the page. From then on it runs every night.
