  • Reporting dashboards and alerts 

All Services are provided on a subscription or license basis, not sold.

You must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our Services.

By using our platform, you represent that you meet these requirements. 

 

  1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

All payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

  • Trials may convert into paid subscriptions automatically 
  • We reserve the right to modify or terminate trials at any time 

 

  1. PERMITTED USE

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes.
You may NOT:

  • Reverse engineer or copy the platform 
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) excessively 
  • Interfere with platform performance 
  • Access data without authorization 
  • Use the platform to violate laws or third-party rights 

  1. USER DATA & RESPONSIBILITY

You retain ownership of your data.

However, you are solely responsible for:

  • The legality of your data 
  • Obtaining required consents 
  • Compliance with data protection laws

Serplexa does not verify the accuracy, legality, or ownership of user-provided data.

  1. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Our Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as:

  • Google Search Console 
  • APIs and external services 

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for:

  • Their data handling 
  • Their availability 
  • Their accuracy 

Use of third-party services is at your own risk.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, content, and trademarks, remain the exclusive property of Serplexa.
You may not:

We do NOT guarantee:

  • Website performance 
  • Uptime accuracy 
  • SEO rankings or results 
  • Traffic or revenue outcomes 

All decisions made using our data are at your own risk.

 

  1. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to maintain high availability, but:

  • Services may experience interruptions 
  • Maintenance or outages may occur 
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted access 

 

  1. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms 
  • Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity 
  • Fail to pay fees 


We may also terminate Services at our discretion. 
You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your billing cycle.

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business 
  • Data loss or inaccuracies 
  • Website downtime or performance issues 
  • SEO performance or rankings 
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages 

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

 

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Serplexa, GlobeSign, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Services 
  • Your data or website content 
  • Violations of laws or third-party rights

Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We make no warranties regarding:

  • Reliability of monitoring
